Getting started

Sign in from the top right of the home page, then open either the trainee workspace or the supervisor workspace depending on your role. The iOS app does not require an account for solo logbook use.

Your profile

Click the avatar in the top-right of any signed-in page to open /profile/. You can edit display name, credentials, institution, and role from there. The same identity is reused on every case you compose or review going forward.

Verifying your email

Cases addressed to your email only appear in your inbox after you've proven you control that email. On /profile/, click Send verification email. We send a one-time link from notify@sonolex.com that expires in 30 minutes. Click it to confirm. Once verified, cases sent to you from other devices show up immediately.

Deleting your account

On /profile/, scroll to Delete account. You type your email to confirm. We cascade-delete every case you composed plus the threads, audit events, and notifications tied to your user record. Cases sent to you (where you were only a recipient) are kept because they belong to the trainee who composed them.

Privacy and PHI

Sonolex is de-identified by design. No patient identifiers ever leave your device. See the privacy page for the full data map and the on-device sanitizer that runs before any case is shared for review.

Email a real person

Write to support@sonolex.com. We respond within 5 business days. Include your modality and a redacted shorthand sample if you're reporting a parse issue.
